Piece of advice..

Hem.. guys.. if u cannot find much to talk about in your presentation parts, try doing comparison with some other films.. like for the special effects bit.. the one with the 360 camera take of the dungeon.. that can be used to compare with rear window.. which had that similar feature.. other than that, another that i can think of is the cell shots and closeups that they used.. which are also seen in silence..

do avoid crude and severely dark humour.

what you should aim for is sophistication and wit where
possible. dark humour is encouraged but within the context
of civility, ie, not off-putting and offensive as this wld detract
from the purpose of the presentation and will not gain any
marks.

i'll most likely deal with the philosophy part in the metatext so i'll probably be doing that.. so Jun wei and Gavin pls figure out who's doing the intro and the technical stuff.. okay?

Secondly, i'll need to meet u guys on a certain day to go tru what ur slides supposed to have, what are the points that should be emphasized and the coherency of the whole presentation. i'll let you guys do your own slides so that u know what u have to say and be prepared for the presentation. after our individual components are done, we'll send it to someone to compile it.

lastly, if u have pictures used to to show certain scenes do not be afraid to put them in as that will let the audience see the actual scene and do not have to imagine it in their heads, for those who need to show clips pls note down the time of the starting of the clips.. (will be especially useful for technical and character analysis people)
